4.   Write your message and try to be as specific as you can. You can attach images and documents to the communication.

5.   Sign in or continue anonymously. In either case you must accept the Privacy Policy.

6.   Ready! You will receive a message indicating that the click has been sent..

Since then, we will work to resolve the incident in the shortest possible time and we will contact you through the app's chat to gather more information or to inform you the processing status.
